Our Fees

The benefits of our service to our clients far outweigh the cost.  The Firm offers legal services to its clients at reasonable and competitive cost, its aim being cost-effectiveness and keeping expenses under control.  The client is made aware of our Fee-policy through open discussions held to discuss the issue.

The Firm bills on hourly rate, by retainer, or by project fee in accordance with the client’s needs and the legal work to be done.  The fees are arrived at by honestly evaluating the case at hand.

Our fees are charged strictly according to the Ghana Bar Association approved Scale of Fees.  A copy of the approved Scale of Fees is always made available to our clients to ensure transparency and for the client to know that there are no hidden costs in our fees.
